Coach Greg has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 15 years. He loves to practice new and timeless techniques with his students, and challenge himself against other black belts in local and national competitions. Coach Greg believes in fostering a “growth mindset”, focusing on the process of learning and improvement through effort, embracing challenges, and seeing setbacks as opportunities to grow. Sharing his skillset and passion with others shapes the culture of the gym and the outreach to the community he works with. Coach Greg also enjoys riding motorcycles, snowboarding, playing video games and eating good food.
